Inter Milan are in real dire straits at the moment, they’re a club is disarray with the Italian soccer season nearly upon us. There is unrest financially, with their manager Roberto Mancini‘s future and even their captain and best player, Mauro Icardi is desperate for a move away.

Now, they’re coming up against Bayern Munich, who are having a strange preseason. The Bavarians looked shaky in their last outing in the Champions Cup defensively. It’s very rare you’ll see them ship in 3 goals during a game, but against AC Milan that’s EXACTLY what they did, eventually losing in a penalty shootout.

However, there was one thing that did stand out in the game and that was the return of Franck Ribery, who has suffered so much from injuries in recent years. The French winger is one of the best players in the world when he’s fully fit, and if Bayern can keep him fight they will be a good shout for Champions League glory next season.
