“Taylor [Swift] is angry and there are people definitely telling her to take legal action, but she is gearing towards not doing anything because she knows that in the court of public opinion that could really blow up in her face and she already is taking the brunt of it all so far,” the insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Aw, we totally understand why Taylor must be feeling horrible right about now. It has to hurt to feel powerless, especially in a situation like this.
“She is really stuck between a rock and a hard place on all of this, but it’s looking like she will not end up taking legal action. She does like that the threat is out there though, because she hopes it is making Kim and Kanye squirm.” Threatening Kim and Kanye may not be the smartest idea, though.

As everyone in the UNIVERSE now knows, this feud started when Kim pretty much called Taylor a liar and released a video via Snapchat of the “Shake It Off” singer and Kim’s hubby discussing his controversial song “Famous.” Nasty shots have been fired on social media between the Taylor haters and the Taylor supporters. So we can totally see why the singer is being told to consider legal action. But if Tay doesn’t want to, she doesn’t have to.
