Blake Shelton took a break from being Gwen Stefani’s favorite roadie to stop by ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers,’ and he totally dished about he’s still pinching himself that he landined such an amazing girlfriend. Keep reading for the adoration he heaped on his super talented sweetheart.
Blake Shelton, 39, brought his trademark humor and charm to the set of Late Night with Seth Meyers Aug 4, and of course he couldn’t help but gush about his gorgeous and talented lady Gwen Stefani, 46. He told Seth, 42, that as for being her boyfriend, he joked “I still can’t believe it. She must have some vision problems, maybe she needs help.”
He also revealed that he’s been a fan of her music for years without ever knowing that the songs he was listening to were actually hers! “I didn’t think I knew much of her music til I went to one of her shows. A month ago she flew in to Oklahoma and I was driving to pick her up at the airport and I was flipping through XM radio and I stopped on this one song and I thought ‘That voice sounds like Gwen, why don’t I know this?’ and it’s this song called ‘It’s My Life,” which was a huge record for them. And I’m going like, holy Hell, I didn’t know Gwen sang that song. I’ve always known ‘Hey Baby’ and I didn’t know she sang that freaking song…all these songs, I was like ‘Wow, that was you’ And we’ve kissed?’ Wow! That is amazing!” How adorable is it that Blake’s been a fan for so long without even knowing that it was his own girlfriend singing those songs he loves!

The country crooner earlier in the day made it clear how proud he is of having such a stunning girlfriend, tweeting out “Oh good lord almighty….!!!” in response to her super sexy new Cosmopolitan magazine cover. He’s so head over heels for his Gwen that he’s admitted she’s always on his mind. “I wake up and she’s all I care about,” he said in a recent interview with Billboard. The way he’s been talking about her lately has the world wondering if a marriage proposal is right around the corner!
