Seriously, did you think you had to fly all the way to Rio to enjoy all the new footage from Rogue One? I find your lack of faith disturbing. We’ve been waiting on the edge of our seat to enjoy the new trailer as well, and now it’s here! It aired during the Olympics.
There’s Felicity Jones being badass! There’s Diego Luna being handsome! But the real scene stealer is none other than Darth Vader, who returns to life in this new epic film, complete with James Earl Jones voicing his every move! Well, we don’t exactly hear Darth Vader’s voice, but we certainly hear his very distinctive breathing. Watch the trailer above!
It’s a great time to be a Star Wars fan, don’t you think? Not only do we have a whole new saga to follow with Rogue One, but we’re also following the continuing story of Luke, Leia and The Force with the new movies, like The Force Awakens and Star Wars: Episode VIII that debuts next year. But if I’m being totally honest, I’m personally shivering with breathless anticipation for the new Han Solo spin-off movies with Alden Ehrenreich. Yes, I’ll totally miss Harrison Ford, but I deny the excitement I feel about finally getting to see how Han and Chewie became friends, or how they got their hands on the Millennium Falcon. Excuse me while I fangirl out for a second!!!
