Michael Phelps & US Swim Team Sing Justin Bieber & More In ‘Carpool Karaoke’ — Watch

The U.S. Olympic Swim Team has taken a page from James Corden to play some of their favorite songs and sing along in their own rousing rendition of Carpool Karaoke. You’ve got to see this epic video that will get you totally psyched to root for them in the Rio games!

The clip begins showing both male and female swimming stars hopping into cars and wanting to listen to some tunes, including Michael Phelps in the driver’s seat (of course!), asking “Is anybody going to play music?”and the fun us underway! In a hilarious shout-out to the swim team’s epic sing along video from the 2012 London Games to Carly Rae Jepsen‘s “Call Me Maybe,” the opening bars of the song come on and gold medal superstar Missy Franklin shuts it down, turning to teammate Maya DiRado who has an equally horrified look on her face as Missy yells “Take it off, OFF!”  Time for some up to date tunes and that’s exactly what they break into with Fifth Harmony‘s “Bo$$,” dancing and singing their hearts out.

Since the team is so big, they’re spread across multiple cars and they all go full force mimicking the intro to That 70’s Show’s where the cast is in the car jamming out to its theme song “In The Street.” After the camera is done hopping in between the various vehicles, Michael with Allison Schmidt riding shotgun break into the Zac Brown Band‘s patriotic “Chicken Fried” while their teammates wave an American flag in the back seat.

Another car driven by Kevin Cordes gets things a little more upbeat with Justin Bieber‘s “What Do U Mean?” and even get some guys passing by on the street to start dancing along. The swim team also hits up One Direction‘s “What Makes You Beautiful,” and Flo Rida‘s “My House.” Sing it!

Men’s team star Ryan Lochte — who famously didn’t want to sing along in the team’s 2012 music video — is finally seen halfway through, wearing shades, a fly hoodie and taking his team members through a Chick Fil A drive through. The team ends their epic sing along with a rousing rendition of Miley Cyrus‘ “Party In The USA” and it’s SO fun and upbeat that even Ryan can’t help but break into the song. The team is clearly revved up, in great spirits and ready to bring home plenty of gold in Rio!
