And then had my friends and my daddy and step mom and sister here and asked me to be his ride or die person forever,” she gushed on Instagram. The lovebirds can be seen kissing underneath a white parasol, appearing absolutely infatuated with each other as she flashed her dazzling square-shaped sparkler featuring pave diamonds. AWE!

Secretly, he coordinated with a jazz group and the New Orleans police to make the moment he popped the question completely unforgettable. The pair met at a brunch in New Orleans — so the location was even more sentimental! “My engagement was amazing,” Trishelle recently told TooFab. “We all danced down the street until we reached Jackson Square and he got down on one knee in the park, in front of the church, with the band playing!” She continued: “It was insane. He had to get a city permit for the second line and everything, I was so shocked. He did so well with the ring too!” Way to go, John!
