Is the feud finally over? Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson smiled wide in the new ‘family’ photo with his ‘Fast 8’ cast members, which perhaps proves his beef with Vin Diesel has been officially squashed! Take a look!
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, 44, and Vin Diesel, 49, look about ready to let bygones be bygones. The Fast 8 cast looked closer than ever in the latest “Fast family” photo shared by the production team, thanking fans for “coming on the ride” and supporting their franchise. “We began in Cuba, visited Iceland, New York and Atlanta, and as we head into our final few days of shooting, we wanted to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to those who have worked so hard over the past 100 days to bring you a movie that is going to be another incredible installment of our saga,” the caption reads. So cool!
Charlize Theron, Ludacris, Scott Eastwood, Tyrese Gibson and more stars huddled close for the photo, proving they found a way to get passed the latest drama. (Obviously, things got a little tense after Dwayne’s button-pushing Facebook rant on Aug. 8). We were all a little surprised when he took to social media, calling out “some” of his “male co-stars” for being “chicken sh*t” and “candy a**es.” Vin added fuel to the fire when he confronted “The Rock” on Aug. 10, reportedly storming off the set after wrapping their final scene, saying “Daddy’s gone.” Way to make an exit!

Luckily, they’ve found a way to clear the air. Dwayne’s recent referral to his co-stars as his “family” also confirms the cast is ready to bury hatchet. He wrote in an Instagram post, “You guys reading this know how much I believe in the idea of team effort. That means respecting every person, their time and their value when they step onto my set or partner with our production company. And like with any team, that’s a family, there’s gonna be conflict.” So true! Time to move on and look forward to the release of their hard work!
