Has Lyin’ Lochte’s truth come out? Shocking new footage shows there’s more to Ryan Lochte’s story that he and his U.S. Olympic teammates were allegedly robbed at gunpoint. WATCH video here!
This is just outrageous! As Ryan Lochte, 32, and his teammates have their robbery story investigated by police, a CCTV video has been released, per TMZ, that shows Ryan & Co. being forced to put their hands up after allegedly destroying a gas station bathroom in Rio on that fateful night. After one of the swimmers reportedly broke down the door to the bathroom, we can see as gas station employees approach the athletes, who then put their hands up before reportedly being forced to pay for the damages. Contrary to what we now know, Ryan’s side of the story maintains that he and his three teammates were robbed in a taxi after merely using the gas station bathroom while heading back to the Olympic Village. He claims that after going to the bathroom — with no mention of the fight seen in the video — they went back to their taxi, but the driver didn’t move as two individuals with guns and badges approached them and “told them to get out and get down” before taking their money.

We now know that the four athletes actually handed over money in response to individuals at the gas station insisting they pay up for wrecking the place — which is quite different from a “robbery”.
As a source told Daily Mail, the team members were “all really drunk” when they stopped at the gas station. “They went to the toilet and damaged it pretty badly. The security guy saw them and started arguing with them, telling them they had to pay. They refused and argued back,” the insider said. “He pointed his gun at them and insisted they pay for the damage — they gave him some money and left.” There you have it!
