Could there be a new romance brewing between Scott, 30, and Charlotte, 23? The two extremely good looking stars were spotted getting pretty cozy at the model’s birthday bash in Las Vegas, August 6. The actor was even seen whispering what looks like sweet nothings into Charlotte’s ear at a Tinashe, 23, concert at Intrigue nightclub, TMZ reported. From the looks of the video, which YOU CAN WATCH RIGHT HERE, it looks like Scott knows how to charm a lady with his words!
Whatever he said must’ve worked, because the two were seen together after the concert and we’re wondering if they spent some romantic time together! What happens in vegas…right? Well, while there’s only a photo of the blonde and the hunky actor, post-concert, we’re not too sure what went down. Charlotte looked incredible, as always, in a strapless, long-sleeved black mini dress. She wore her blonde locks down and straight with some slight waves. Scott walked right by her side in a dark, long-sleeved button up, and he looked handsome as ever. What is else is new?

Scott was rumored to be linked to The Vampire Diaries actress, Nina Dobrev, 27, when they were both at Coachella earlier this year in April 2016.
