Calvin, 32, and Tinashe, 23, turned heads when the gorgeous couple turned up at sushi hotspot Nobu for a hot Saturday night date. “Calvin comes here a lot. He was here with Tinashe on Saturday night and they both looked pretty into each other. She’s a gorgeous girl and Calvin couldn’t take his eyes off of her,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Well who could blame him? Tinashe is not only gorgeous, she’s super talented and a total catch!
“They had dinner and talked and laughed a lot. It looked like a fun, relaxing date night for them,” our insider adds. The pair definitely feel comfortable together after knowing each other for several years. They met in 2014 while both writing songs for Rihanna, 28, and that turned into a great collaborative relationship, with the pair putting out the tracks, “5 AM” and “Dollar Signs,” the latter song Calvin included on his 2014 album, Motion. So clearly the two have plenty to talk about, maybe even doing some amazing new music together, especially since her second album Joyride is due out later this year!

At least Calvin was able to have a relaxing end to an incredibly stressful week, after Taylor’s camp revealed that SHE had secretly written his massive smash “This Is What You Came For.” In a lengthly Twitter rant July 13, he noted “Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though,” and went on to put her on blast for trying to “bury” other enemies like Katy Perry, 31, and vowing he wouldn’t let her do the same to him. Now that Taylor is involved in a huge new controversy over the fact that she was caught on tape giving Kanye West, 39, the go-ahead to use lines about her in “Famous”– which contradicts what she’s told the media in the past — it looks like the Scottish DJ won’t have to worry about any more scrapping with Taylor for a while.
