This is so sad. Iconic call-in psychic, Miss Cleo, who’s real name was Youree Dell Harris, has died at the age of 53. She passed away July 26 after battling cancer in Palm Beach City Country, FL.
Miss Cleo has sadly died at the age of 53 after a battle with cancer, TMZ reports. The legendary psychic was “recently hospitalized, but was discharged last week to a hospice center.” Cleo was reportedly diagnosed with colon cancer originally, but the cancer then spread to her liver and lungs, the site reveals.
Her rep told TMZ that the LA native was surrounded by family and friends, and remained a “pillar of strength” during her illness.

Miss Cleo became a remembered name throughout the years as her booming supernatural business awed many people around the world. She put on a Jamaican persona, but was an American woman. Cleo was the memorable star of psychic commercials in the 90’s and coined the term, “Call me now!” She even voiced the character, Auntie Polet in the video game, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
