Ozzy Osbourne Interview: Finally Speaks Out On His Cheating Scandal & Sharon Split

Ozzy Osbourne is finally speaking out about his infamous cheating scandal and split from Sharon Osbourne. He reveals the current state of their relationship, as well as his take on their marriage! Watch his candid interview here!

Ozzy Osbourne, 67, is ready to talk about his infidelity and split from his wife of 33 years, Sharon Osbourne, 63, and he’s telling EVERYTHING. The couple called it quits just two months after Ozzy’s very public cheating scandal came to light and played out in the news. Ozzy and Sharon are apparently “back on track again,” according to the Black Sabbath frontman, who got candid about their marital troubles when he sat down for an interview with Good Morning America July 25.

The rocker, who had a secret affair with celebrity hairstylist Michelle Pugh, 45, said his split was just a “bump in the road,” when asked about he and his wife’s separation. “Some days it’s good, some days it’s terrible, some days you just drift apart for a while. But you get back on the horse, you know,” he continued.

But, two months prior to him speaking out, his wife had a different take on their future. Sharon, a co-host on The Talk, revealed on the show in May 2016 that she had kicked her husband out of the house. “I’m 63 years of age and I can’t keep living like this,” she said. “I don’t know where I’m going, who I’m going with. And I just need time to think.” Obviously that isn’t the case any longer, as Ozzy put any and all rumors to rest on GMA.

In the rare interview, Ozzy and Sharon’s son Jack Osbourne, 30, was present, as he and his father were promoting their new History Channel, travel reality series, Ozzy and Jack’s World Detour. Jack, with a family of his own, jumped to defend his father’s point about marriage, agreeing that it isn’t always good. “As a married person myself, you know, marriage is not like, ‘Hey, we’re married. All is good.’ I mean, it’s just life,” he said.

Ozzy seemed to be in great spirits as he spoke about his marriage. The singer spoke up one other time after his split in an official statement. He revealed he was sober for “three and a quarter years,” as of May 7, and even slammed any reports claiming he was not sober at the time.

We’re glad to hear Sharon and Ozzy’s marriage is headed in a better direction. Hopefully they can work out any issues they may have, because we’re certainly rooting for them!
