The Real Housewives of New York star flashed a giant diamond ring as well as her brilliant smile in a recent Instagram pic, looking like she was celebrating getting engaged. The multi-carat emerald cut stone had additional diamonds on the side and was front and center in the pic, as the Skinnygirl founder was seen holding on to the back of banker boyfriend Dennis Shields‘ shaved head. She’s seen wearing a pair of stylish sunglasses and looks happier than she’s ever been.
The couple have only been dating for a few months and the 45-year-old just got her divorce from Jason Hoppy, 45, finalized in July after a long and nasty three-year battle. But it turns out they aren’t rushing into anything, as her rep told PEOPLE magazine that she isn’t engaged, and “Bethenny is happy and enjoying her summer.” She seemed to have realized all the chatter the ring pic brought about as she later deleted the photo from her Instagram, and in all photos since she isn’t seen wearing any jewelry on THAT finger, making sure not to go teasing her fans with any more engagement rumors.

It’s good to know Bethenny isn’t rushing into anything so soon after she finally got her long sought after divorce from Jason. Those two had such a battle on their hands that went on forever and it probably will make her think twice about jumping impulsively into marriage again.
