Whoa there! Clint Eastwood doesn’t think very highly of the current generation of young Americans, dissing them ‘p*****s’ in a brand new interview. Not only that, he’s praising Donald Trump’s total lack of political correctness, so keep reading for more of his cranky thoughts in a brand new interview.
“(Donald Trump’s) onto something,” the actor/director says in a cover story interview for the Sept. issue of Esquire, “Because secretly everybody’s getting tired of political correctness, kissing up. That’s the kiss-a** generation we’re in right now. We’re really in a p***y generation. Everybody’s walking on eggshells. We see people accusing people of being racist and all kinds of stuff. When I grew up, those things weren’t called racist.” Umm, when Clint grew up there was this thing called SEGREGATION which fueled the entire civil rights movement in the 1960’s, so he might want to put a little more thought into what racism was back in his day.
The 86-year-old elaborated that the p-word generation, “is all the people who say, “Oh, you can’t do that, and you can’t do this, and you can’t say that. I guess it’s just the times.” Man this guy is so super talented, but he really is grade-A crank.

He shared more thoughts on the 70-year-old Republican presidential nominee’s total lack of filter and political correctness, saying “What Trump is onto is he’s just saying what’s on his mind. And sometimes it’s not so good. And sometimes it’s…I mean, I can understand where he’s coming from, but I don’t always agree with it.”
But he’s not ready to thrown his total support behind Donald just yet. “I haven’t endorsed anybody. I haven’t talked to Trump. I haven’t talked to anybody. You know, he’s a racist now because he’s talked about this judge. And yeah, it’s a dumb thing to say. I mean, to predicate your opinion on the fact that the guy was born to Mexican parents or something. He’s said a lot of dumb things. So have all of them. Both sides. But everybody — the press and everybody’s going, “Oh, well, that’s racist,” and they’re making a big hoodoo out of it. Just f***ing get over it. It’s a sad time in history.” Geez, we were just waiting for him to finish that sentence with “And get off my lawn!”
HollywoodLifers, do you think Clint’s diss at young Americans is totally out of line? Or do you agree with him?
