Kim Kardashian’s ample behind has long been the topic of whether she’s just naturally blessed or if she’s had a little surgical enhancement. Now the reality star is admitting she regularly gets butt injections, and you’ll never believe the reason why!
OMG, Kim Kardashian, 35, has admitted that she DOES receive butt injections, but it’s not for the sake of vanity. Rather, it’s to help with her ongoing battle with the itchy skin condition psoriasis, and her butt is where the shots are administered. Her mother Kris Jenner, 60, noticed years ago she had it on her legs and suggested she see a doctor about it. “I went to go get a cortisone shot in my butt,” Kim revealed during a live Q and A on her personal website Aug. 16. “I lived right behind Kitson (boutique in Los Angeles). One of my neighbors was a dermatologist at Cedars. I go in there and he’s like, ‘There’s a one in a billion chance that you will get a huge indent in your butt.’ Of course I get a huge indent on my butt.'” she recalled. Yikes! It sounds like she could have ended up on an episode of Botched!
Unfortunately this was right around the time she was starting to get famous — especially for her enviable curves — and the injection damage caused a flurry of rumors that her giant tush had some help from a plastic surgeon. ‘There is a picture of me in Miami wearing an electric blue dress, and another picture of me walking down Robertson,” she said. “You see the indent. And I think that’s when the rumors started, ‘She’s had implants.”‘

Kim to this day still goes in to get the injections to keep her painful psoriasis at bay and her skin looking oh so perfect and smooth. “Every few years I get a cortisone shot. And it’s so funny I just got one as my psoriasis was so bad in Vegas. That’s a little unknown fact of me – I have to get cortisone shots every few years.” Wow, sounds like she can really take the pain when it comes to needles, but it sounds worth it not to have red and itchy skin.
