“This season is not a job for Blake [Shelton] and Adam [Levine],” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Miley [Cyrus‘] liveliness has injected a whole new feel to the panel. Miley loves the show so much and is really trying to win, that it has been infectious for Blake and Adam to want to win as well. They all really think that they will make a star this year and this will be the best season yet!”
We are so excited that Blake, 40, and Adam, 37, are happy to have the 23-year-old on board, and that she’s been able to pump them up for Season 11 of The Voice. It’s really great she’s there to motivate them, because even with a competitive show as fun as The Voice, being a judge for so many years must get old some times. Any job is still a job! But if Miley has found a way to make the show even more fun for the judges with her infectious energy, we can’t wait to see what she does for the contestants and viewers.

Also joining this year’s lineup of judges is singer Alicia Keys, 35, who we know will bring her own personality to the party and shake things up a bit.
