Nickelodeon’s The Kids’ Choice Sports 2016 comes to our TV screens, with host, and former Super Bowl champ, Russell Wilson, 27, on hosting duties providing many laughs in what should be a raucous night of the best athletes in the world goofing around. It’s going to get slimier than ever, with the likes of the ‘Splash Brothers’ Stephen Curry, 28, and Klay Thompson, 26, taking part in cool three-point challenges, and New England Patriots star Rob Gronkowski getting into some mischief you’ll just have to see!

Former LA Laker star Kobe Bryant, 37, will also be there accepting a Legend Award, so look out for the sliming there! Past recipients David Beckham and Derek Jeter were slimed when they were awarded that particular accolade, so don’t expect Kobe to get any preferential treatment!
As always, the event took place at LA’s Pauley Pavilion in LA, just a few days before the broadcast on July 14. But we’ve yet to see all the sliming just yet, which is just our favorite part of the show!
We can’t wait to see it all unfold, even if it isn’t live, and it’s great that these sports stars are so game to take part and have the fun ripped out of them. It’s going to be GREAT!
