The photo shows Katy wearing an adorable blue and white floral sundress but the wind has blown up her skirt, showing off her purple underwear atop her bike seat. Wow, she actually wears regular briefs! We totally pegged Katy for a thong kind of girl, but those panties would definitely be more comfortable for a bike ride.
